"I unfortunately did not ask her name but the lady at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating! Everything was new and clean. My husband and I both thought there was an earthquake happening at one point as we're from the west coast and there is apparently a train that runs behind the hotel that shakes the room! I would return just for the service at the front desk. Top notch!"
