"It is not a 4 star hotel, 3 stars at most. Cleaning was poorly done. Rooms are dark, not cozy."

"The rooms were very clean, self-check-in was smooth, the people working there were helpful and friendly. I stayed in a larger room with family for several days, then I switched to a smaller room for an additional week and a half. During the week, noise at night wasn’t a problem. On the weekend (Friday/Saturday) nights, the nightclub behind the building gets loud, predictably until 4am, and I needed noise cancelling headphones because the rhythm is inconsistent and I couldn’t ignore it: earplugs didn’t help. One Friday night was super loud, however, and the club went to 6am - the room vibrating is probably beyond noise ordinances even for the touristy area (brief googling suggested 100ft and/or 100 decibels). Noise cancelling headphones were no help that one night. The majority of my stay was also at the extreme end of the building, and my room didn’t get WiFi signal except for one half of the room with only a wooden chair to sit on. They didn’t make any effort to remedy it during my stay, which was disappointing, and tiresome to compensate for. A family member was disappointed that the beach chairs provided by the resort fee were only available 9am-5pm (from a separate business), and it’s more comfortable to spend time at the beach before and after those hours. The location is very convenient, and it’s in the major tourist area hub, so I expected some noise. I don’t know if I would trade my sleep for it again, though. "

"Property was nice and clean but the rooms smelled musty I turned the AC on and it helped with smell. The location was excellent Near all the south beach activities and restaurants and across from the beach Hotel provided beach towels and chairs."

"Loved the location and the hotel. However, the pool was heated so on hot days it literally felt like a hot tub and was not refreshing. Other than that, the staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was clean and had everything we needed."
