When I went to report the A/C was extremely loud and maintenance needed to repair it. I was told they already new it was loud. So I said "you put me in a room that you already knew had issues and we didn't get any sleep due to the A/C screaming and freezing up all night", the lady said "YES" we have to utilize all the rooms. We have stayed here numerous times and will not be back. Trash was all over the hallways. Breakfast was horrible.

Generally, our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Only small complaint is we did not have hot water to shower. The water was warm, not sure if other guests used more than their share of hot water🤔

Amazing staff! Ms. Bee was on her way out the door but saw a line starting to form from those of us checking in. She promptly turned around and assisted us. Then when we had to change rooms the concierge went out of her way to assist my husband (I am only sorry he did not remember her name). And then at breakfast, the ladies who made our breakfast and manned the station were incredibly diligent and helpful. It was amazing how much attention to detail and pride they took in their work. This hotel has an amazing team.

The blanket wasn’t the cleanest.
There was a sewage smell late at night out of the blue.
The curtains had a stain.
There was a rectangular size coat of white paint above the bed. The whole ceiling should’ve been repainted.

Over all it was a nice place to stay in, one thing that disappointed was the free breakfast. Not too much to choose from and the food was not hot food. Mostly cereal and bread.
