"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime,...

"We tried to email and call the hotel about arrival time, but didn't get any reply or someone to pick up. Therefore upon arrival there was some confusion re the availability, but we ended up in a nice and spacious room. Breakfast has to be paid in cash, so we ended up eating somewhere else."

"The location is a Shangri-la with a breathtaking panorama. I was welcomed as if coming home. The staff was super sweet, and provided all I could want. I really hope to return here. Do try the mussels!"

"Lolo y su familia son unos fantásticos anfitriones. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y están muy cuidadas. La habitación amplia y con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Desayuno de 10 con productos caseros y de la zona. Lo que a nuestra peque le ha robado el corazón es los animales que tienen y lo bien cuidados que están. Sin duda volveremos el año que viene.
