"The hotel was very quiet considering it was right next to an amusement park. It was clean and comfortable. I dislike that they put a $200 dollar hold on my card when I paid ahead from the room. Then it tied up my money I couldn't use for our trip. It would be nice if they put that disclosure in their paper work when you reserve the room. If they did I did not see it. Here it is 3 days later and the money still has not been returned to my card. Very disappointing to folks that scrimp and save for a little night away."

"Stayed one night with my son. Downtown location convenient and ample parking. Did not use the pool. Staff weren’t unkind but not real friendly either. Travel brochure area needed to be restocked and brochures for the Wisconsin Dells, WI area replaced with brochures for the Des Moines, IA area. Room was clean and comfortable but the television had very limited channels and no options to stream movies/shows or rent them. Complimentary breakfast was quite nice with ample options."
