" The elevator was out and they put us on top floor, should have notified us that we would be climbing stairs 3 floors, had knee replaced so climbing that many stairs took a while. The check person just said nothing she could do. Des Moines is the largest city in Iowa so they should have been able to fix the elevator. was told it had been out for the week For the cost I expected better."

"This is a great hotel with comfortable beds, clean rooms and a nice breakfast. There is some street noise, but it diminishes in the evening"

"Pet friendly hotel, basic amenities provided. No hairdryer in the room and minimal toiletries. The bed was very very soft and the TV was very small. Our room had two beds and one bed could not view the TV comfortably. The room served the purpose for one night but it’s nothing great. "

"Breakfast was good. The "Happy Hour" drinks were good. The snack options were not good during Happy Hour. Probably the worst i have had with Embassy Suites. "

"Soap in our shower was empty. Big bottles with and inducatur window, but empty. Same with our traveling companions room. Traffic was very loud. Staff was great."

"The parking was easy in such a busy city and the woman at the desk was so nice and accommodating. My room was white glove clean. I’ll definitely stay there again!"
