"Ottimo albergo, tra i migliori di Parigi! Se non il migliore. Unico piccolo neo: al momento del check in, la signora addetta, senza che io avessi chiesto alcunché, mi propone una stanza di livello superiore di quella prenotata con un sovrapprezzo ( scontato, così mi dice) di euro 400 a notte. Al che, io rispondo di essere interessato all’upgrade, ma a titolo gratuito. Mi dice che non è possibile. Mi chiedo: qual è il senso di forzare un upgrade a pagamento, senza che nessuno avesse mai chiesto...

"Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!! The food is amazing as well, the place is so great you don’t want to leave the premises!!"

"Great stay but I was disappointed the staff didn’t take care of the crowd outside the front entrance. It was not safe to enter through the main doors on Sunday (we would have to step in the street with incoming traffic). We had to go through the brasserie to make our way to our room. Passerby’s couldn’t safely use the sidewalk either. "
