"The room was really nice."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast attendant was downright rude. It was almost 6:30 and we just wanted to grab some muffins to get on the road and got yelled at for walking in the room even though all of that was out and ready and there was a family in there eating. Definitely not a pleasant way to start my morning."

"The desk staff seemed only marginally interested in answering our questions or helping us out. Ex: We needed a spoon (plastic) to eat something, the desk clerk was sitting watching TV, and said it wasn't in his job duties and might get in trouble if he went hunting for one."

"The place was fine for a one night stay. Here are a few things to know. We reserved for 3 adults expecting to use the sofa sleeper. We got in late and once checked in, looked for the sofa bedding. Finally we called and were told we had to get that from the front desk. We barely got there in time before the desk closed. "Rooms were nice & clean. The hotel is being renovated, so the breakfast area (which could be a ballroom or large meeting space) was under construction. The breakfast was excellent."
