"I was clearly given a room that should never have been rented for any reason.Please double check Room 106 completely before bedding down for the night. Absolutely horrendous!! I arrived roughly 830pm to check in for my reservation I had booked over 6 weeks earlier. There was some confusion over this and she had to have another person look into this. "The entire hotel looked run down. My room was not in good shape and the bathroom and toilet were not properly cleaned. Brown stains running down the back of the toilet. I purchased my own cleaning spray and paper towel. When I got out of the shower, I saw a blood stain on the towel after I dried myself. I had to check myself to realize it was not from me. "The hotel is FULL OF ROACHES AND BED BUGS! we requested for a full refund because we needed to look for a different hotel 0200H at night that is an hour away from the the festival due to last minute reservation and high demand due to the event. We requested a refund for the new hotel we had but they refused stating that we didnt complained 0200H at night, which they dont have any peson at the front desk. PLS DONT COME HERE, ITS A HEALTH HAZARD AND THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACH AND BED...
