"We loved this little hotel. Breakfast was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. We liked the location, although it’s not a quick walk to the main campus of the University of Exeter and the walk into the town center may be longer than some would want. There’s good access to public transport. And ample parking. "

"Great hotel to stay in. The setting was beautiful, room was comfortable and the small pool was a lovely bonus. It was just a short distance to the beach and other amenities in a quiet but beautiful location. "

"Although the hotel was short staffed due to the Indian plane crash the owners had to go back to India due to relatives on the flight, we were very welcomed and looked after. The rooms and the communal areas were kept very clean. We would go back again next time we were in Exmouth."

"This is a great hotel within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was large and clean, had a large comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was also very quiet which is a bonus! Staff were very friendly and informative. Parking was included for an extra charge. We will certainly stay there again when visiting Exeter! "

"Lovely stylish hotel white table clothes & excellent staff so friendly & helpful❤️ Nothing is too much trouble all the food we had was 5star it’s a characterful hotel with the service &cleanliness ….we had a room on floor 1 during recent hot days very warm but bearable! Nothing is too much trouble in this hotel we will be returning Thankyou ❤️❤️"
