"Stayed on the third floor and there is NO LIFT, had to carry bags up stairwell, never again. Breakfast included, no milk for coffee, make your own, had corn flakes and muesli only, make your own toast with staff topping up bread with no hygiene and bare hands. The one gal avoided me as I was standing waiting to order drinks and it wasn’t even busy. Then our burger was raw so the main waiter took it back .
