"Staff was courteous. Layout seems quite outdated. Bed was good, washroom was renovated but there was rust in the edges of the tub, and there was no soap (there was a used soap bar hanging there). I assume that this new policy of "request if you want house keeping" is becoming a justification to reduced staff and less quality in the service. Breakfast was ok. Surprisingly eggs and bacon in a 2 start is to be noted."

"Stayed six nights. After not cleaning the room the first two nights, I asked the every day when got back from work to please clean that next day while I was working, they said at office they "sorry it wasn't cleaned yet, we will make sure and have it cleaned tomorrow ". Well that never happened, my room wasn't cleaned the whole Stay."

"Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok, initially was allowed to remove and take back to room but that changed. Only1 washer/ dryer for the whole hotel and dryer did not work well. Housekeepers eye wonderful. As a traveler i was not given a set rate for the room. I paid per week and depending on season it was a $170 difference from low to high. No cap for animals, again had to pay weekly and worked to get the rate lower."

"This hotel has an inflated rating - excellent, and it is not justified. The rooms are old and the rooms smell bad. The price of the hotel is very high, for the service I received. Its price should not exceed $120."

"Bed with broken springs No one at the counter had to wait 10 minutes to find someone Both vending machine were broken had to go across the street to find water After explaining to the front desk they just said it’s too bad Will never go there again"
