"The location was great, I was able to walk out the door and turn left and have access to several great places to eat, to the right and across the street. There is a Walgreens around the corner as well, I was close to so many great places. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was traveling from Alabama and never been to NYC and the staff had great advice when I asked for help. Everything I needed the staff helped me with and I plan to look for this hotel chain in my future travels."

"The room was clean and the bathrooms were too. In a convenient location in the SoHo area. Beware of the noise because the doors to the rooms only close loud. Other than that, great experience. Bring shower shoes, they are not provided."

For a former NYC resident, I had a great time living in the LES for a week close to unique coffee shops and stores: an area of NYC that felt like a combination of no frills meets hip and exciting.
