"The temperature of the room was good, the rooms were generally clean and the outlets worked. I switched rooms halfway through my stay so had a different experience in each one. There was some pretty dark mildew in the grout in the shower in the first room I was in, the second room I was in the shower was much cleaner. This hotel is basic but perfect for what I needed. My only wish was for a personal safe to be available, as I like to put some of my things in a safe while traveling, but everything else was just what I needed, and the staff was very helpful."

"This is a very basic place to sleep. Virtually no amenities - no coffee maker in the room nor lobby, no TV or mini-fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable - no complaints about that. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear everything from the street below."

"Fabulous location right next to the ferry to Manhattan for a quick jump over to the Financial District. Nice area to wander around and grab a bite to eat. Views are insane. We went to the rooftop restaurant for the skyline views. Food was decent but atmosphere was the showstopper. Would stay again."
