A fantastic location set amoungst a huge range of eclectic cafes, bars and restaurants. Close to the funicular and cable car entrance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately we only stayed for a few hours during the day while we were waiting for our flight to depart but wished we'd found it earlier and could have stayed longer. The rooftop pool was amazing, the apartment had a great view, everything you needed for a comfortable, longer stay. "

"Three guests arrived between 8:00 and 9:00 am from overnight flights. The hotel front desk refused to prioritize cleaning rooms for us. There were people checking-out right in front of us, yet they made three older adults, all over 60, and one over 75, wait FIVE hours in the lobby for our rooms. They tried to tell us to pay an extra night if we wanted to sleep. They were cruel and unprofessional. It was an utterly disgusting experience."

Open wine bar cart in the lounge/library area was a really nice touch. Hotel itself is a nice place to hang out. I didn’t go to the bar or do any of the wine tastings but wish I had. Stayed 4 nights. "Front reception staff are rude and arrogant on booking in, don't expect a warm welcome from reception. The room we booked (1208) was comfortable with a lot of power outlets for charging in the bed head. The view from the room is great. The room is dimly lit with a funny design of the toilet and sink on one side of the room and the shower on the other side of the room.
