"All out amazing love the pool and breakfast "

"Desk staff was very helpful and checked us in early. Our room was immaculate with a nice view of the water (24 th floor) the stadium was a quick walk to access. Pool was heated and nice but over crowded due to the holiday weekend. The restaurant waitress was so rude for lunch but food was delicious. Property was very clean. Would stay here again if came back to Cleveland. "

"We stayed at the 9 because it was fairly close to our destination for the day-the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (just down East 9th). The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was ready early, which was surprising and nice. The room was large and bright. The bed was a little too hard (for me), but other than that it was an extremely comfortable room.
