"Lobby floors weren't clean. Furniture in the lobby was stained. Iron in the room didn't work and no pad on the ironing board. Also, no tissue in the tissue box. The breakfast was the usual... hard bagels, over ripe fruit, and unhealthy yogurt. I don't eat the hot items, also not healthy."

"My wife and I were looking for a hotel within walking distance from Great American Ballpark and chose 21c. The check-in process was easy and the room was easy to find. The room wasn't bad, just had a lot of features/amenities that were missing or not too pleasing.
