"Clean and great location "

"I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."

"We booked this accommodation for 4 adults and 3 children, but there were only sleeping places and breakfast provided for 6 people. This was already unacceptable, but it gets worse: the place was also dirty, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We tried to contact the host multiple times in every possible way, but received no response at all.
