"Compared to my last visit, this experience was absolutely exceptional—this is the standard we were used to, and they are back! Every room was immaculate and beautifully presented. The team went above and beyond, surprising us with a bottle of champagne to kick off the celebrations. "Beautiful hotel even looking through storm Claudia! The food was first class in the restaurant with some of the best chicken I've tasted. The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)"

"Lovely stay overall. Room was cosy and comfortable. Had a good sleep. Only issue we had was that the room was slightly cold. Staff were excellent and responded by controlling the temperature of the room from their side and this definitely helped. They also supplied an oil radiator but this didnt work unfortunately."
