"No evening meal staff great stupid on line check that does not work for tourists thank god for great staff. Business needs to invest in people and workakable IT system or better still let the staff do it for no cost"

"Nice friendly staff. However both elevators were broken when we arrived. One had been out of order for 2 weeks. The other went out of order the day we arrived. We had to wait 3 hours for a technician to sort it. Having ordered an accessible bedroom, which was in the 3rd floor, this is completely unacceptable. Nice hotel though and helpful staff"

It’s an amazing concept which I would have opted for regardless, so very nice touch. It made me feel like you appreciate my business. Hotel is at the Center of activity. "The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner/host ended up greeting and checking us into our room. Gave us an upgrade and onsite laundry facility was a bonus. Made several recommendations for dining and breakfast. Overall the stay was fabulous!"
