Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. Stand out was the communication between us and a representative who answered all our questions and helped us with our stay."

"Dishwasher hanging out of housing, no seal on btm shower door bathroom flooded twice, radiators filthy, mould throughout shower cubicle, only 3 plates, knives and forks, I expect demand some refund 😕"

"Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Very quirky house and great to have the coach house to ourselves. Very clean and well equipped property with a lot more space than you would in a hotel room. The owners communicate very well and we checked in at 9:30pm and wasn't an issue. Very close to Moseley town centre where there are plenty of pubs, cafe and restaurants. Would definitely recommend"
