"The property is an old nunnery and the rooms are compact and the doors are loud when people leave in the morning. The beds and pillows are super hard. At least the rooms are air conditioned. It is 2 miles away from the historic, old city that is worth driving to and walking around. This area of the hotel is not worth exploring by foot. However, the breakfast was included in the room rate and was a 9 out of 10 served outside at the outdoor pavilion near the pool. We did not have dinner on...
"Not a jolly welcome…. But staff were friendly and answered our questions. Restaurant was very good for evening meal and breakfast.
Close to Montecassino which is well worth seeing. Also the CommonWealth WWII cemetery is worth a visit."
