"I cant think of a more perfect place to stay. It is a beautiful property, with a long history, in one of the most beautiful regions of the world. We had one of the more "basic" rooms but it was still luxurious and comfortable. Amenities were great and the food/wine was amazing. We had some logistical problems with some of our travel plans and the staff was incredibly helpful. We are very grateful to Andrei, Kristian and Valeria especially. "

"The room was clean, a good size bed for two persons. The staff attentive. It has a safe parking. The breakfast is complete: bread, fruit, variety of coffee and juices, some hot options like scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. The AC can’t be controlled in the room. The balcony door no has screen. "

We stayed in the romantic suite for our 15 year anniversary, and it did not disappoint! Everything was so great! I wish we could stay longer!"

From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple issues that were handled poorly by management and staff. Our initial room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortable and unusable. We were initially told the hotel was fully booked, yet we were eventually moved to another room after considerable discussion. This was particularly frustrating...
