"Breakfast was just ok. Unfortunately, everything was cold when we got there and there was no microwave other than in our room to reheat the food. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The best thing was the location to where we needed to go."

"Our room was very clean as was the lobby, the elevator could have used a wipe down but otherwise everything was clean & welcoming. The staff was very prompt and helpful, profession & courteous. Breakfast selection was great! So good! Some areas (bathroom corners) show wear from time & the bathroom lighting could be better. Overall we were very pleased with our room & the Inn. "

"A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!! "

"The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe. "With a cup of coffee and juice in hand from the grab-n-go breakfast area, along with some fruit, we returned to the nicely appointed suite and kitchenette to make our own fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff, clean suite, and a good value. Kudos!"

"This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in Mason in all my visits. Extremely overpriced. I paid $180 per night for two nights. Check in was not good. I could barely understand what the front desk guy was saying. The room was very small, dated and musty smelling. There was no USB port in the room! Breakfast sucked. The eggs weren't real. I'm not sure what they were made out of. The English muffin was cold with no way to toast it. I will never stay here again."

"The front desk person was awesome. One of the best I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Her name was Calela Savage. My recommendation is to make sure to keep her (promote her asap). She went up and above customer service norms."
