"This place was a nightmare, would not recommend to anyone. All I can say if you like roaches, then this is your place. We had to leave and go book somewhere else. Never again."

"The photographs in Hotels.com website of In Town Suites - Fairfield, room choices did not, in our experience, depict the room we rented. The carpet was filthy and stained from spilled liquids, sticky substances and caked dirt. Likewise, the vinyl flooring was spotted, dirt caked and sticky. The exhaust fan over the 2 electric cooking burners was caked with oily dust so badly we were afraid it would fall into our food if we used the burners. "Excellent hotel, close to the ballpark too. Staff was excellent; everyone was welcoming with smiles and good mornings. We were there to see the Reds/Braves, and loved our room with balcony. Excellent bed, super clean room, nice shower, etc. Our booking included breakfast — not typical but tasty with good coffee. Parking is valet only; parking team was great. Check-in was with Deante (not sure I spelled that right) and he was extremely personable and gave us all the info we needed. We’ll plan to stay here again the next time we’re in town!"

"I like the spacious room we had. However, since Covid I think housekeeping SHOULD BE DONE DAILY instead of every 3rd day. In our room there was hair(NOT OURS😳) on the toilet and inside the tub, also on the floor. The AC unit had VERY VISIBLE DUST ON THE OUTSIDE 😳😳😳. If we visit the area next year, we might consider going somewhere else because for the money we shouldn’t have our room be like this "
