"I literally can’t recommend this place enough. The heated floors in the bathroom/kitchen, the new appliances, the cleanliness, and the fruit basket which was such a nice touch. Everything was absolutely stocked and thought of, from the coffee to the bathrobes, slippers, and extra blankets - I didn’t have to ask them for anything during my stay because it was already there. Check in process was smooth and communication was clear. Also in a central location and I felt very safe given all the locks...

"I loved Hotel Jewel and the restaurant and the staff were fab. I only gave it a 4 as there is no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor and the luggage elevator only worked till 2nd floor - so it was quite the hike up and down. Ask for a room lower down if you don't like stairs. Still would recommend."
