"We arrived to the room simple enough after getting off the Aguilana. It was a short 8 minute walk. We were greeted by Enrico and he was pleasant. We were excorted by a porter who took our bags to the room. We stayed in the Annex, which is out the door to the left or to the right behind the main hotel and bakery. It was easy enough to find. "Room was spotless and had great views over the water towards the grand canal. Lovely that it is just outside of the hustle and bustle with plenty of cafes/ restaurants close by. Arsenale waterbus stop is just a few minutes from the door which was so handy. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and anything we had was nice.
