"It was perfect Big room for my family and location is perfect. Entry is right at private water taxi drop off. Easy in and easy out for private water taxi. Main center is no more than 8 minutes walk and lots of food places around. AC was working perfectly no complaints on hot weather."

"Perfect for a quick getaway to Venice in the heart of it all! The room was clean and thankfully air-conditioned during a heatwave. Check-in was quick and easy. We were also able to leave our luggage for the day when we checked out, so we could explore a little more before catching our flight back to London. The location was fantastic as well, with every key sightseeing spot just steps away from our lodging. We would stay again."

"Lovely charming hotel right on the canal and right next to St Marks. From meeting me at the airport and airport transfer - costs extra but rare and well worth it - to arrival and checkin and checkout service was impeccable."
