"A one night stay in a very hot Milan and delighted our apartment already had air conditioning on. Loved our stay and wished we could have stayed for longer. Location excellent, apartment so clean with very modern and great quality fittings and fixtures. Would love to stay here again! Thank you to all."

"Very nice Hostel. Perfect location, great activities to meet other travellers and nice amenities. Only caveat is they do not provide rugs for the bathroom and do not clean often enough given the number of people using them by room. Would stay here again!"

"Property as described, furnished well appears to have been updated recently. Had two issues, which the manager worked to resolve quickly which we appreciated. First and biggest was a significant foul smell coming from the first bathroom, apparently coming up through the pipes if water not left in the sink, shower or bides - it got much better after they addressed, but still present. Second issue more minor was bed sheets not super clean. Pretty sure laundered and just laundered with other stuff...

"Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor...

"Well appointed and had everything we needed. Little extras like coffee, tea, biscuits. Easy communication, check in and help with airport transportation. Great location! Only downside was the was some traffic noise, but not much overnight. AC worked great in crazy heat."

Breakfast is excellent and the view from the breakfast restaurant is awesome. The hotel has focus on minor minor things and really taken effort to ensure guest comfort Everything in the hotel is unique. They have focus so much on the ambiance lighting it's give your a special feels when you are in. Strongly Recommended don't even think...
