"This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic! 3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. "The hotel is modern, well built and rooms are beautiful with kitchen and sitting area. There was valet parking where you paid 25-30 euros per day to separate parking company. The hotel is located on the upper level of Taormina, away from the crowds, but easy to get everywhere by foot. We took the cable car down to beach in the morning and hiked up to the church. "

"The most incredible hotel in Taormina. I have stayed in the other two and the Palazzo Vecchio is by far the best. It is situated beautifully above and set back from the main promenade and has the finest rooftop terrace I have experienced. The staff - especially the restaurant were wonderfully accommodating. Our room was gorgeous, large and incredibly well-furnished. Bravo!"

"Perfect location, right on the mains street and over the road from ‘restaurant alley’ as we called it. It’s worth considering that the B&B is up 50 steps from the street. Our room was comfortable and a good size, quiet with the shutters closed. A continental breakfast was provided in the room and we had a fridge which was a bit noisy but couldn’t hear anything with my earplugs in. Francesca was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommended. "

"Amazing location right in the heart of Taormina’s Main Street. All locations were walkable, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The room had all of the amenities you would expect, and then a lovely little touch of a complimentary mini bar. Ferdinando communicated so well leading up to and during my trip, and his recommendations of places to eat and things to do was perfect. I would recommend this place to stay to everyone! "

"This is a wonderful little hotel spotlessly clean and modern. Excellent location close to many bars and restaurants. 20 min bus ride into Taormina for $2. Manager Giuseppe was outstandingly helpful and arranged a private Etna and wine tasting tour which was fantastic! Excellent wifi. Breakfast is at a little cafe next door with wonderful fresh croissants paninis or omelettes and delicious cappuccinos. Highly recommend this hotel."
