"Unfortunately we had to wait 20 min for the room to be cleaned ehike we waited in our vehicle , but I also understand stuff happens. Front end staff and the lady that cleaned our room were very nice. The sound does carry quite a bit from the upstairs unit, especially when they wear their shoes. But again, it didn’t last too long thankfully. The room was clean, we got 10% off our meal and white foot and were offered a free breakfast voucher for the inconvenience for waiting for our room. It was not a bad experience, just a few hiccups. Thank you, Paul & Tams "

"Overall, my stay was fantastic. Staff was very nice! The food at the restaurant was ok,however the dust was a issue for me inside the restaurant. I could see that the registers haven't been cleaned in a while.alsi the boat on the ceiling was also covered in dust. Other than that a very pleasant place to stay.i would stay there again the view of the mountains from the suite are amazing!"

"Hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and receptive. Their dogs (hypoallergic poodles) were the cutest to play with and well-behaved. The room itself (Library Room) is cozy and rustic with more than enough things we needed. Some items like toothpaste are lacking but I'm sure that if you ask the hosts, you'll be able to get one anyway. Overall, the experience was incredible and I would recommend this place to everyone! Just note that the location is rather detached from most places and it gets pretty dark at night, so it'll be best to rent out a car if you're staying!"
