"The hotel was great! The lady at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. The bathroom door wouldn’t close unless I put all my weight into it since it was warped. But other than that the location, parking and price were great. And thanks for the lemonade and cookies! We will stay again."

"A great location if you plan to walk from one end to the other of the main strip in Gatlinburg. Pool is nice. Rooms are great and the expresso/latte machine hooked me. The latte creamer they have made it so much better for me. Great staff, even at the restaurant. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. They even have laundry for those that may require it and we did on our long road trip. Two washers and two dryers with an app you use to pay per use. A great stay overall. "

"WOW! This is an incredible place to stay. Not only a beautiful location, but the level of hospitality here is top-tier. They greet you upon arrival and show you to your room. "I'm not a fan of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area to begin with, so that probably effected my ratings. They both try so hard to be the next Branson, and Gatlinburg is just too small of an area for that many people. Also, I discovered when we checked in that the hotel was hosting a high school cheerleading convention. Nearly 1,000 hyperactive teenagers everywhere you went in the property.
