We chose a family room with an enclosed bedroom with king bed, as well as two bathrooms (one shower, two toilets) and a sofa bed in the living room. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal. We walked to Times Square, the Museum of Modern Art, Grand Central Station, and to various subway stations with ease. "The studio was spacious , clean and comfortable . Great location , near Central Park and 24 hour grocery markets, and close to the subway. The property was well maintained and secure. The staff was so much more than helpful and welcoming .I will be staying here again when in New York. Best value for your money. "

"Everything was wonderful but when you walked into hotel there was a horrible stench. There should be a refreshing scent put through the filters. And our room air conditioner made a noise every time it went in for the first 5 minutes."

"The room was ok. The sheets and towels were clean. The room didn’t have trash can in it. There also wasn’t a closet so we had to keep our belongings in the suitcase. The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom so it made getting ready a little difficult. I couldn’t see my full body and had to defog the mirror to do my makeup."

"It was a heatwave in the city, and the air conditioning in every room barely worked. They were very kind, and tried to help. They moved us multiple times trying to find a room with a consistent working AC and put fans in the rooms but it was pretty brutal. TV Remote didnt work either, had to have maintenance come fix it . Only one working elevator, took 5-8 minutes to go up or down every time. Staff wonderful."

"Room felt more like a full apartment than a hotel suite, which was nice. Hotel staff was friendly. I wish there were toothbrushes in the room; we needed dental kits and it took several calls to the front desk to get them."
