"The one thing that would have made our stay great would have been if the breakfast options included dishes that are more-so traditional for St. Lucia: Salt Fish; Green Fig; Breadfruit; Smoked Herring. They offered bakes everyday but the consistency was off. One day they would be good the next day not so much. Of my 2-week stay there was only Salt Fish twice. The other days they offered stewed canned tuna even though the sign would state “Salt Fish”."

Nothing wrong with the room but was located next to the entertainment area, we asked them to move us to a quiet area of the resort and they were very happy to help us. "Pros: gorgeous location and property. Beautiful landscaping and views. We had the suite you could swim out into the pool. Great views. Hardly anybody there and it felt like our own place. The staff is very attentive if you need anything, they will help you. Everyone is really nice and friendly while we were there. Suggestions : if the staff were more anticipatory rather than waiting for you to ask them. There is no real service at all down by the beach so if they had somebody walk down there on a regular basis, they could probably sell more drinks. The food was pretty mid in my opinion Taxis are quite expensive to go anywhere and it seems as if the rates are quite negotiable so make sure you not only double check with a concierge but with a taxi driver while you’re there otherwise you might end up with a different price - which is what happened to us we were quoted $20-$25 from the concierge but then when we got dropped off suddenly it was $35 each way - not fault of the hotel per se - but it would be nice if they helped us a little more on that one Also, the first night we were there all the electricity went out in our room so when we got out of the pool, we noticed we had no electricity and of course when we called them, they came right away, but it did take 30 minutes to get it fixed. Otherwise great beach resort"
