"I liked the mix of lush tropical plants and well-kept lawns it gave the hotel a peaceful, relaxing feel, like a quiet escape into nature also everyone on staff was warm and friendly. The food was delicious, and the fresh juices and punch were especially refreshing full of natural flavor. "

"Bay Gardens Inn is a beautiful inn! Tropical and the staff is so polite and helpful . The breakfast is too notch . I think the front door can be properly secured, the bathroom sink in our room be unclogged , and the shower itself needs a little more sprucing up. The bed and pillows comfy , air condition worked great! I think the hotel should allow guest to log in and out using their own user account for Netflix- if that is possible then I was not able too. It asks for a code that I couldn’t...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Secrets St. Lucia. The facilities are great, the room was very comfortable, and the restaurants were fantastic! Morgan's in particular was our absolute favorite! The only thing we can complain about is the loss of internet, TV and phone service in our room for the last 5 days of our stay. "A beautiful resort, with coral directly at the facility. A couple of concerns: pay-in-advance for all-inclusive was far more expensive than just buying meals and drinks after arriving. A 2nd concern was that the food was hit-and-miss. The continental breakfast was great, but the other meals were decent about 1/3 of the time. Not bad the other times, just not excellent."
