Hotel Dekat Serenity Park

"During my stay, I went to the kitchen to order food and was met with incredibly rude and dismissive behavior from a female employee. She repeatedly rolled her eyes, appeared visibly annoyed, and treated me as though I was asking for free food rather than being a paying guest. She even stated, “Oh, I’m not feeling well,” before throwing a clipboard toward me instead of simply handing it to me. I felt extremely unwelcome and disrespected. I immediately reported the incident to Canosa, the Front...

"I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

"This place was great, I almost didn't want to leave a good review because I want to keep this gem to myself! The staff was friendly and very personable. The property also isnt too far from anything. I had one small issue with my room and it was rectified within minutes. All in all I had a great stay."

"Très bon choix pour un retour en Ferry. La vue est splendide. Nous y retournerons assurément."

"The villa may be a problem for people with a slight mobility problem as the access has a very steep incline. There are really no bars or restaurants near by. We did however have a lovely time and would go back!"

"Veryclran room, extremely courteous and helpful staff.. Very quiet location and in good proximity key amenities."

"Marigot Bay Guesthouse is beautifully situated on a lush hillside with stunning views of the harbor. Ann and Danny are warm, welcoming hosts who go out of their way to make guests feel at home. My room was exceptionally quiet, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed, with great attention to detail throughout. The combination of the peaceful setting, beautiful scenery, and genuine hospitality made for a wonderful stay."
