"Comfy easy access room with walk-in shower, very helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet given it was Eater Saturday night. EV charger parking spot was occupied for many hours by a non-electric vehicle and the adjacent spot occupied by an EV which was not on charge. Staff said they were not responsible for its use."

"Staff were welcoming and helpful, it was my sons birthday, they had put some ballons and 2 cakes in the room, a really nice and warm touch. Hotel is in a nice and quiet area, set back from road and with the lovely Battesea Park right opposite, yet its only a 6 minute walk to Battersea Power Station and the Underground which is only 6 stops to the West End. Nice pool and sauna too. "

"This is a nice modern hotel with lovely facilities, but badly let down by the technology not working (at least for the suite I was given). Despite turning the air on to the coldest possible setting in both rooms, the suite was incredibly hot. Not possible to open windows as they were locked shut. I got hardly any sleep as a result.
