"This hotel was nice for our 3 days stay. We were greeted by front desk staff who made check in smooth and quick. They explained how we can get around Venice and which mode of transportation available . The hotel was a short walk away to water-bus station which was very convenient. I recommend getting a multi-days bus pass. Its much cheaper. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again."

One reading lamp did not work, and the wardrobe could not be opened because of a defective/previously damaged key/lock. This was reported. It was noted and we were thanked for doing so. "This hotel is in a perfect location on the Grand Canal and very near the train station and water taxi options. Our room had a balcony and the view was spectacular!! We wish we could have stayed longer!! There were also many dining options very very close. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again!!"
