Hotels near Chinzan-so Garden

"This was a conveniently located hotel near 2 train stations that made it easy to get to any of the cities around the imperial palace within half an hour. The breakfast buffet was decent, though not as good as some of our other hotel stays. It’s the main reason I’m not giving a 5-star review. Otherwise the place was a solid hotel and comfortable for a family of 4. "

"This was our first time in Japan! We loved everything about this hotel! The location was wonderful and in a quieter part of the city. Wonderful amenities! Family mart and restaurants on the property. Shuttle to and from the airport. Government building across the street. They had an awesome Pokémon light show! Shinjuku Central Park also across the street. Perfect hotel for families. Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to come back! "

"Room was clean , staff was friendly and helpful did not use laundry service, breakfest was underwhelming and not that great especially for the price i paid. Other then the breakfast everything was great "

"This hotel is luxurious and so peaceful. The garden is a destination in and of itself. It has history and spirituality and a great sense of calm. The pagoda is worth a visit and the nightly cloud show is beautiful to watch. Everything is attended to in this hotel and we appreciated the level of service we received. Our only issue was that the spa and the restaurants were booked out - so we advise that guests make reservations in advance. Excellent stay and would highly recommend."

"The room was tight for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) but it was all self-serve - no front desk even though they are a call away, we didn't need anything. In terms of location, it is about a 7min. walk to train stations Matawa and Higashi) and 15 min. to Shinjuku proper. We didn't mind it as we could get to most things and could stay out late without worrying about trains in Shinjuku. "
