My boyfriend and I stayed at The Prestige for 4 nights 5 days. The check in went fast and smooth and the staff were super friendly. We had a free welcome drink voucher. The room was spotless and the decor looked exactly like the pictures on the wensite. We immediately felt like we were staying in luxury. I had a wonderful stay at Macalister Terrace Hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and has a really nice ambience that made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special thanks to Liz, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality and excellent service truly made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Penang. I would definitely come back again!

The building of the hotel has 200 years of the history. It's amazing that we can actually stay such a historical building. In addition, the interior are well maintained and it matches with the historical building.

The room was superb. The staff was very friendly

Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

Hotel is nicely located. However, packing spaces is limited.
