"We were initially hesitant about staying at this hotel due to no air conditioning units inside the rooms in the middle of a heatwave. However, they provided working fans in each room, which made our two-night stay manageable. I can't remember the name of the lovely woman from Senegal who checked us in and out, but she truly made a difference in our experience. Her professionalism, hard work, and attentiveness were impressive. Thank you to her for making our stay more enjoyable"

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in an historic building that has its own special charm which was maintained but comfort wasn’t sacrificed. It was in a great location - we could walk easily to many of Paris’ famous locations or catch the metro to further ones, but what we loved most about the location was walking out the front door and being in a vibrant street full of restaurants and shops keeping its charm of cobbled streets, medieval buildings and quirky...

"Fabulous location. Beautifully decorated. Clean and fresh. Great amenities. A well stocked room fridge. Safe. Air conditioning. Lovely staff at 24 hour reception. Helped with an adapter for my phone. Staff really lovely to us when our flight home was cancelled. Also kept our baggage for us whilst we got ourselves sorted. We will hopefully return. Thank you!"

"We stayed in room 10, which is the largest of the rooms - it is on the ground floor, near reception, and we were concerned that it would be noisy. It was not, and we loved the spaciousness of the room. The location of this hotel is a perfect starting point for a walking day in Paris. Reception was super friendly and helpful. Use their airport shuttle! "

"fantastic location very close to the vast underground train system and with shops and restaurants nearby. WALKING distance to the Eiffel tower and Seine river!! Excellent and highly professional staff, room was super clean and large enough for our 4 person party (all adults). Breakfast was also definitely worth the extra cost - much more options and larger portions (buffet style) than going to a street cafe."
