"We arrived early, but the staff was super attentive. They were able to store our bags as we went out and explored. Cristian took care of us from start to finish, great customer service skills. Margarita was our cleaning lady and had the room spotless. We visited the restaurant, the selection was good with some local cuisine. Portions are big enough for two. Location was ideal right on the Straight and only blocks from downtown, the port and just about anywhere."

"I wanted to give them 5 stars. The hotel is lovely, clean, and quiet. They also have a great breakfast. However I had one event that was not handled appropriately. My dinner bill was $5 incorrect based on their error. They called my room twice and the next morning demanded I pay the $5. I only had USD, so I paid. And then they subsequently added it to the credit card bill as well… I felt their desire to get the $5 was a bit much and really was not worth getting a lower rating for such a small...

"It was nice to have a stove and kitchen, but the room was not very nice. It was also right next to the street and walkway, on the same level. This hotel served its purpose and the staff was great, but probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was in a pinch."

Tucked away in the beautiful valley of puerto Natales, right outside the town amongst the farms, is this beautiful place. "Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you need in the kitchen-and a washing machine! Great WiFi and great communication with owners. We stayed in two different ones, first one no problem, second one we had an issue with a smell in the bathroom and not only did they send someone to clean right away, they gave us a discount! Super convenient to walk around, really a lovely place!"
