"Lovely hotel and room. No lifts for level one and no help from staff to carry suitcases. Not a lot of bench space in bathroom to put bathroom items. Bed was nice and comfortable. It is far from Oxford city, handy if you have a car, but not great if needing a taxi. Nice and quiet "

"One of the best buffets for breakfast. Staff incredible professional and friendly. Management really knows what they are doing. Highly recommend this Hotel. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable."

"The hotel itself was great however the restaurant really let itself down. It was New Years Eve and understandably busy however we were left with empty drinks for thirty minuets and a number of other issues. I would love to stay at the hotel again because that side of it was gorgeous and well organised but I would not return to the restaurant!"

"The room was above expectations warm and spacious The reception staff were welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. For a hotel the bar was very reasonable and in the morning the breakfast which was included in the price was scrumptious and plentiful. Great decor and perfectly placed for a good walk by the river .
