The hotel is set in a historical palace, but has all the comforts of a modern five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive, they helped us several times with recommendations and ordering a taxi. We enjoyed the welcome drinks, as well as the delicious breakfast served in the garden courtyard. Our room was spotless and clean. We also ordered room service...

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Staff was excellent with helping us obtain transportation to and from the train terminal. They also helped arrange a last minute tour of the glass factory. Cocktails were very nice, not the largest selection, but well made."
