My family and I came here for a weekend away and chose this hotel because it was walking distance to McCormick Place as we were planning to go to the Chicago Auto Show. Check in was easy and valet parking would have been easy but we chose to self park in the garage which is attached. There is a pedestrian walkway connecting this hotel, the Hyatt and McCormick together which was great! The hotel was clean with amazing city and lake views. Plenty of food and coffee options in the main lobby. Will definitely be a “must stay” hotel while in Chicago.

Staff at the restaurant were not very hospitable. A little rude, otherwise front desk staff were very very kind. The room however was missing some items and the bathroom door doesn't close as well as the automatic blinds dont work.

The hotel is excellent and staff were friendly. Security was also professional. The place that sells the Pizza to the left of the check-in counter has the worst pizza. It was burnt and tasted awful and gave an upset stomach: avoid.

Great visit for the football game!
We were here to see the Lions and Bears game. The area is clean and looks great! The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff were very Friendly's and the view of Lake Michigan was great!

I was a little disappointed with the staff at the Marriott marquee.. the staff seemed annoyed to answer questions and do things… there were no welcoming smiles or hellos, albeit a couple of staff members…. My room did not have a phone for one of the two… the facilities were nice, but the staff made the stay not nice…. Actually, I would Go as far to say that it made it horrible.. that being said, the facilities were nice…. If the organisation changes the staff or at least make them know that they should be welcoming, i would come back… however, with all the adjacent hotels, I probably won’t

The property was gòod but i was expecting it to be better. The staff were very pleasant. The food options were limited for in-room dining or dining in the restaurant. As a conference hotel they provided pick up foods and snacks for people on the go.

I cannot fault this hotel the only issue we had was the noise from the concert at the Areana next door on the Saturday evening (early night needed due to marathon on the Sunday). I would stay at this hotel again

It's kind of cheesy that if you have a package sent to the hotel that the package is given to the onsite FedEx Office business and held for ransom or "receiving fees". Shower floor was very slippery.
