Occupants hanging out at night and day in and around the building trashing, smoking and watching transient out of town traveling guest. Price is Excellent! Location is Excellent! Inside of Rooms Excellent and to standard. Surprisingly Quiet too.

NOT A Traditional Hotel

To be clear, this is NOT a traditional hotel. It is an extended stay studio apartment style property. The front desk closes at 7:00 pm and is closed on Sunday. The manager was very nice and accommodating. This is a good place to sleep and take advantage of its proximity ti the Metra train station that gets yo cheaply into Chicago. Nothing is a safe walking distance from the place. Nearest restaurants and convenience stores are a mile away. Bed was comfortable. TV had about 30 standard cable and local channels. Nice fridge and microwave. There's a cooktop if you bring your own pots, pans, and utensils to use. So, NOT a traditional hotel, but a good place to rest after a day of sightseeing and enjoying Lake Michigan.

I normally stay in very nice, resort style places, and i only booked this spot because of the short notice of the trip. I would never recommend, never return and hope i never have to ride past this place again.

Its a nice area, buildings are nice, but i had to leave early cause of roaches. Yes it is a cheaper which I do not mind, but excessive roaches is something i cannot stay with, especially when they crawl on me when im sleeping.
