"The staff was very friendly, constantly saying hi, complimenting our outfits, and telling us to have a good day. The cafe is very fresh and the pizza was really good. Some of the hotel rooms have two bathrooms which was a game changer! Every hotel must have two bathrooms."
"The hotel, our room, and all the staff were stellar. The breakfast buffet was substantial and the rooftop bar (with crazy glass balcony!) was beautiful. My only negative comment has to do with the toilet. The modern design creates such a dirty bowl that they even put a toilet brush next to it. Weird."
"The hotel is a bit dated, and of course all the added city taxes and fees added, which is not the hotels fault, but more so the city of Chicago fault. The hotel is maintained and cleaned, the staff was very helpful and the pillows were amazing."
