"The staff was super nice, hotel was quiet and room was comfy. Very close to navy pier, within walking distance. Would be a great hotel for the summertime. "

"The room was cleen enough, it smelled musty, but looked clean, rather out dated, IKEA furnished. Staff was friendly. I was told on check-in that i owed more money for the amenities, which was quite expensive for breakfast and a cocktail ($125/person) the hotel itself is pretty worn around the edges. I was awoken at 715 am to construction on the facade outside my window and was offered a new room for the remaining 4 hours rather than a reduction in rates. Kinda disappointed "

"Great experience! The staff really goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. I really enjoyed my stay! We were across the street from the river and the shopping direct and walking distance from all the tourist attractions! I’ll definitely be back!"
