"The hotel is very close to Ueno subway station, lots of restaurants and shopping around. The room itself is quite big in Japan standard, the double room we booked has an additional bunk bed in it, great for families.It also has a laundry machine. However, because the building is adjacent to the subway line, you’re able to hear the train in the room, ear plugs are a must. The shower room also smelled a little musky from the moisture. Lastly, for our room, the sun blinds is right above the bed...

"The bunk bed was awesome. Loved the close proximity to a supermarket. Had all the necessities for a long term stay. Spacious. Liked the nice decor. I appreciated that someone was there to help with my check in, as it made things a lot easier. To improve: Some instructions on how to check out would be appreciated. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash was half full when we arrived. Other than that, it was an excellent value for the proximity to every major attraction in central Tokyo."
