"The hotel was great, staff excellent, bus shuttle to airport and local station. Good restaurant on site too. Despite being close to airport noise was minimal. Takes approximately 1 hour to get into the city, for me that was the only downside."

"Location is the key. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the airport with a free shuttle service, which is very convenient if you have lots of luggages. Ngong Ping 360 platform is like 10 minutes walk only, and the Citygate outlet mall is just at the hotel’s doorstep. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, too. Overall, we will stay again in Novotel Citygate when we visit HK in future. "
