"Nice stay"

"今回は29階(客室の最上階)を手配してくれました。 元々広い客室はリフォームされ、新しくて清潔感あり。 浴室も深めのバスタブで、ゆったりとお湯に浸かることができました。 エアコンも静かでよかったのですが、天気も曇天・雨天の連続でちょっと冷えすぎ。 しかし、まったく申し分はなかったです。 荃灣ということで、尖沙咀や銅羅湾からは距離はありますが、ＭＴＲに乗っている 約20分がオンとオフの切り替えに丁度良いです。 これからも泊まります。"

"Compared with last year, the service quality has unfortunately gone downhill. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. The staff appeared cold and lacked enthusiasm, and they were slow to clear used plates, making the dining experience less enjoyable. I hope the hotel will improve its customer service to match the Disney standard that guests expect."

"Unfassbar schönes und Gutes Disney Resort. Perfekt gelegen ob mit dem Shuttle Bus oder zu Fuß, keine 5 Minuten vom Park entfernt. Personal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr schöne poolanlage"

"I did not like that the rooms are not soundproof. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I love that they have washer and dryer. Nice pool, small kids playground and good views. I ate at their restaurant but I didn’t like it, it’s better to order takeout."

"Taxis were always available in front of hotel. It’s easy to get around with local buses. Restaurants, grocery store and convenient store were within walking distance. The view was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my phone behind after I checked out. The staff found my phone quickly and sent it back to me next day with reasonable charges."

"バスターミナル、MTRのアクセスが良い。MTRは、始発なので、座れる。直結のショッピングモールは、なんでもそろって便利。空港も近くアクセス良いが、シルベリの空港シャトルバスがないのが、残念。"
